Shellharbour City Council is seeking a Team Coordinator Cemeteries & Presentation based at the Oak Flats Services Depot to lead a team delivering the presentation, maintenance and improvement of public spaces across the city.

You will manage cleaners, city presentation crew, street sweepers and cemeteries, coordinate maintenance programs, engage with stakeholders and implement quality management while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in civil or equivalent experience.
• Experience in infrastructure maintenance, scheduling and crew supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff and customers.
• Demonstrated financial management skills for budget control.

Responsibilities
