Job summary

The Team Coordinator Cemeteries & Presentation at Shellharbour City Council will lead a dedicated team across cleaners, city presentation crew, street sweepers and cemeteries to maintain and enhance public spaces. Based at the Oak Flats Services Depot, you will ensure maintenance programs are delivered on time and to a high standard while managing safety and budgets.

You will engage with stakeholders, implement quality management initiatives, and foster a culture of customer service excellence

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil or equivalent experience.
• Experience in infrastructure maintenance, scheduling and crew supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customers.
• Financial management skills for budget control.
