Job summary

Scyne Advisory Pty is seeking a Senior Manager in Canberra to lead transformation initiatives for Federal Government clients, delivering data, AI and cloud-enabled solutions.

As a permanent member of the Transformation Practice, you’ll mentor teams, drive strategic objectives, and advance delivery of critical government programs, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with networks, hyperscale clouds, and data/AI tools.
• Sound understanding of data strategy, platforms, governance and data frameworks used by Australian government.
• Strong experience in solution development and delivery of client platforms.
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead a team in data transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client work with existing clients and through new opportunities.
• Develop cloud platforms and analytics solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide vision and direction for the teams you manage.
• Set and achieve strategic business targets.
• Lead resource planning and foster a culture of innovation.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to overall success and quality of projects.
