Job summary

Altana, the network for trusted trade, seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to deliver large-scale software solutions for the Australian government and APAC. You will bridge technical and business value, presenting to diverse audiences, from technical contributors to executives, and mobilize cross-functional teams to scale outcomes.

Based in Canberra with hybrid work, you will engage with government stakeholders, support onboarding, optimize user experience, and drive delivery across regions,

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the public sector with knowledge of international trade, defense, or national & economic security.
• Experience delivering software tools and frameworks; technical skills, including using modern AI tools, is a major plus.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and adoption of processes for new users, including training and building relationships with user groups.
• Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results.
• Lead customer touchpoints and production of deliverables to contextualize Altana's value.
• Act as the first point of contact for support requests and coordinate the right resources.
• Synthesize and communicate feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with implementation engineering to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop an account growth strategy.
