Job summary

Altana is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive large-scale software solutions for the Australian government and APAC deployments from Canberra. The role blends technical delivery with stakeholder engagement, translating complex topics for diverse audiences including executives.

You will onboard users, analyze usage to optimize outcomes, and coordinate with a cross-functional team to deliver value and growth across accounts.

Qualifications

3+ years in the public sector with knowledge of international trade processes, defense, or national & economic security.
Experience delivering software tools and frameworks; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Ability to map customer problems to Altana solutions and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Assist onboarding and adoption for new users, building relationships with user groups.
Provide in-depth analysis to optimize customer outcomes and realize value.
Lead customer touchpoints and ensure contextualized value delivery.
Be the first point of contact for support and coordinate with resources.
Synthesize feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Coordinate with implementation engineering to ensure delivery success.
Work with Account Executives to identify and drive growth opportunities.
