Job summary

State of Victoria is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting public services in Victoria. You will collaborate with business teams to understand needs and deliver reliable technology solutions.

The role focuses on configuring tools, flows, fields, reports, and security settings, while providing technical support and continual improvements. You will document solutions and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications

Must hold Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications.
Platform Developer I and OmniStudio Developer certifications are highly desirable.
Strong Salesforce experience, including Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions and system automation.
Technical expertise across Salesforce releases, Lightning, Classic, email templates and changesets.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Salesforce solutions that support public services.
Work with business teams to solve problems and improve services.
Configure Salesforce tools, flows, fields, reports and security settings.
Provide technical support, fix faults and make small system improvements.
Write clear technical documents and share knowledge with users and team members.
