Randstad Australia is seeking Customer Service Officers for government opportunities. These roles involve advising and resolving inquiries, with a focus on accurate records and high-quality service.

Assignments up to 3 months with potential extension. Roles run Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with hourly pay of $37–$40 plus super. NPC clearance is mandatory; WWCC is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling high-volume calls with professionalism.
• Sound knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office suite.
• Ability to enter data accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly.
• NPC clearance is mandatory for this role.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level advisory and issue resolution for diverse customers.
• Be the primary contact for queries and ensure records are up to date.
• Perform administrative tasks and generate documentation.
• Maintain records management processes with regular updates and reviews.
• Handle high-volume inquiries face-to-face and over the phone.
