Cisco is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team supporting Public Safety and Emergency Services organisations across Victoria. In this customer-facing role, you'll partner with account teams and serve as a trusted technical advisor to organisations responsible for protecting and supporting the community.

You'll help customers address complex operational challenges and design technology solutions that enable secure communications, resilience, situational awareness, and mission-critical

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in networking, data centre, cloud, or related tech.
• Customer-facing pre-sales, consulting, architecture, or engineering background.
• Experience in Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud or IoT.

Responsibilities

• Support Public Safety and Emergency Services organisations as a trusted technical advisor.
• Partner with account teams to understand customer priorities and goals.
• Design and present technology solutions addressing complex challenges.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Build relationships with technical leaders, operators, and executives.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Cisco specialists to deliver successful outcomes.
• Help customers realise value from Cisco technologies through adoption and innovation.
