Novotel Brisbane South Bank, part of Accor Hotels, is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to ensure our public spaces are immaculate and welcoming. You will contribute to the first impressions guests form of our hotel by maintaining cleanliness across lobbies, corridors and conference areas.

In this role you will maintain high standards of hygiene, respond to guest requests with a friendly attitude, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, including mornings, evenings,

Job Description

As a Public Areas Attendant, you'll play a vital role in shaping our guests' first impressions of our hotel. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our public spaces are always immaculate.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and conference spaces.
• Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Inventory Management: Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate has:
