Challenger Services Group is seeking part-time Overnight Public Area Cleaners to join our hospitality team at a leading Sydney 5-star hotel. You will be responsible for keeping lobbies, corridors and guest-facing areas spotless overnight.

Qualifications

• Takes pride in maintaining high cleaning and presentation standards.
• Has previous cleaning, housekeeping, public area, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).

• Is reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Has flexibility to work day, overnight, weekend and public holidays shifts as required.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, and public areas.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with the overall appearance and guest experience of the hotel.
• Work closely with housekeeping and hotel management teams.

Challenger Services Group is seeking Part-Time Overnight Public Area Cleaners to join our hospitality team at one of Sydney’s leading 5-star hotels. Working overnight, you’ll help ensure guest-facing areas are clean, safe, and ready to welcome visitors each morning.

What You’ll Be Doing
