Challenger Services Group seeks an Overnight Public Area Cleaner to join a premium hospitality team at a leading Sydney 5-star hotel. The role focuses on maintaining pristine lobby areas, corridors and guest spaces overnight to welcome guests each morning.

The ideal candidate will have cleaning or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and reliability. Flexible scheduling including weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping or public area care is preferred.
• Ability to maintain high cleaning and presentation standards.
• Reliable, punctual and quality-focused team member.
• Flexible to work overnight, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, lifts and restrooms to five-star standards.
• Ensure all areas are clean, safe and well-presented for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns promptly.
• Support appearance and guest experience in collaboration with teams.
• Follow safety, cleaning and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail throughout shifts.
