Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Experience with larder, pans and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present quality pub meals.
• Set up your section and prep before service.
• Keep up with orders during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Assist with deliveries, stocktakes and kitchen prep when needed.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
