Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered psychologist with AHPRA registration
• Ideally 5+ years post-registration clinical experience
• Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising clinicians
• Experience leading a team of psychologists or similar
• Strong understanding of disability sector and NDIS

LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider supporting people with disability through therapy and assessment services delivered at home, in the community and via telehealth.

We're currently looking for an experienced Psychology Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a growing team of psychologists. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in clinical leadership, team development, workforce growth and service excellence.

What You Bring:

• General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• Ideally 5+ years' post-registration clinical experience
• Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising clinicians
• Previous people leadership, team leadership or reporting management experience highly regarded
• Passion for developing others and creating high-performing teams
• Strong NDIS and disability sector knowledge
• Experience balancing clinical excellence with operational outcomes
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Driver's licence, NDIS Worker Check, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
