HCF is seeking a Provider Services Officer to deliver exceptional service to doctors, surgeons, hospital teams and members from our Parramatta contact centre. The role is permanent part-time, four days a week, with hybrid working and a requirement to work in the office at least two days per week.

The role involves handling 50–70 calls daily, resolving complex inquiries, maintaining data accuracy, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a contact centre or claims role.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly over the phone.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from providers and members, with professionalism.
• Resolve complex enquiries by phone and email within SLAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of provider and member details.
