Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) in Parramatta is seeking a Provider Services Officer to deliver exceptional service to doctors, hospital teams and members. This permanent part-time role requires four days a week with hybrid work and a minimum of two days in the office, supporting range of provider inquiries.

You will handle high-volume calls, resolve complex enquiries within SLAs, maintain data accuracy and liaise with internal and external stakeholders while upholding

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from providers and members (50–70 daily, ~5 min avg).
• Resolve complex enquiries on phone and email within SLAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of provider/member details.
• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, policies and procedures.
