Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia (HCF) is seeking a Provider Services Officer for its Parramatta contact centre. This permanent part-time role requires four days per week, with hybrid options and at least two days in-office.

You will handle high-volume calls from providers and members, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate data handling while meeting KPIs and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or claims role.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling provider/member data.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls from providers and members (approx. 50–70/day).
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone and email within SLAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of provider and member details.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to KPIs, policies and procedures.
