Job summary

HCF is seeking a Provider Services Officer for our Parramatta contact centre. This permanent, part-time role supports doctors, hospital teams and members with phone-based service, accuracy and confidentiality.

You will handle high-volume inbound calls (roughly 50-70 daily), resolve complex inquiries within SLAs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while meeting KPIs. Hybrid work is available, with a minimum of two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or claims role is preferred.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls from providers and members (approx. 50–70 daily).
• Resolve complex inquiries on phone and email within SLAs.
• Maintain accuracy of provider and member details and information.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to KPIs, policies and procedures.
