Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking an experienced project coordinator to support infrastructure projects in Adelaide. You will coordinate property inspections, acoustic treatments and remediation for owners affected by major infrastructure works, ensuring practical constructability input.

You will oversee treatment packages from inspections to completion, liaise with consultants, contractors, councils and utilities, manage subcontract performance and maintain property records in

Qualifications

• Experience in property interfaces, construction, infrastructure, project management or contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and communicate confidently with owners, consultants and authorities.
• Commercial and administrative skills across budgets, contracts, programmes and claims.
• Practical understanding of construction methods and site delivery.
• Organisation and tact when handling sensitive enquiries and complaints.
• Residential retrofit and acoustic-treatment experience is highly desirable.
