Colliers in Australia is seeking a current Property student or graduate to launch a career in commercial real estate. You will support the industrial and logistics sales team by maintaining property databases, compiling market intelligence, and assisting with reporting and client requests.

This part-time role emphasizes accuracy, Excel proficiency, and clear communication as you help with listings, market research, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
• Currently undertaking or recently graduated from a degree related to Property.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
• Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
