Job summary

Maranoa Regional Council is seeking a Property Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across property and tenure functions, including tenancy management, leases, licences, land matters and facility use agreements.

You will work with tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely housing outcomes and accurate tenancy records, including rent reviews, inspections and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams, tenants, contractors, community groups, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support efficient and compliant service delivery
• Support administration of Council’s residential housing portfolio, including tenancy applications, agreements, inspections, rent reviews, maintenance requests, and tenancy exits.
