Sherpa Group is seeking a motivated sales-focused individual to join the Flourish Symphony team in Brisbane. You will work daily with a senior sales professional to learn off-the-plan sales processes, guiding buyers from first contact through to settlement while building market insight and client relationships.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a clear career path to a full-time salesperson position within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland real estate salesperson registration is required.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every enquiry promptly and warmly, guiding buyers through Sherpa Group's sales process.
• Host display suite appointments and site inspections to help buyers visualise living at Flourish Symphony.
• Walk buyers through floorplans, inclusions and off-the-plan contracts with clarity.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers during construction and support smooth settlements.
• Keep Salesforce database accurate with calls, appointments and follow-ups.
