Job summary

Mills Oakley is a leading national law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join the Perth Property team. You will advise on development projects, high-value property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing, working closely with leading Partner Tamara Heng.

You will contribute to business development and help grow the practice by building strong client relationships with developers, investors, government and corporate entities.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years’ experience in property law.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills and client-focused approach.
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to BD.

Responsibilities

• Advise on significant development projects, high-value property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing.
• Lead negotiations and mentoring, while contributing to business development initiatives.
