We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Perth Property team to advise on development projects, property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing, alongside the Partner, Tamara Heng.

You will contribute to strategic client outcomes, mentor junior lawyers, and have opportunities to contribute to business development

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in property law.
• Strong track record managing complex transactions and delivering sound advice.
• Confident leading negotiations and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Able to contribute to business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on significant development projects and high-value property transactions.
• Involvement in acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing.
• Collaborate with the partner to drive strategic outcomes for clients.
