Job summary

• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver results.

Do you have experience in property, leasing, contracts or asset management and enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships?

Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a proactive and organised Property Officer to join our Property, Procurement and Contracts team for a six-month fixed-term opportunity. In this varied role, you’ll help manage Council’s diverse property portfolio, ensuring leases, licences, agreements and property records are effectively administered and compliant with legislative requirements.

About the Role
