Job summary

Raine & Horne in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a driven marketing and administration expert to join our award-winning real estate team. You will focus on marketing, promotion and office operations alongside directors, sales, and management.

You will manage social media, website CMS, email campaigns, portal presentation, and collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth office functioning. Prior real estate experience is not required but welcomed.

Qualifications

• Marketing-focused skill set with digital marketing interest.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage the office’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Website management, creating CMS content, and monitoring performance statistics.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and property campaigns.
• Ensuring real estate portals are kept up to date and are professionally presented.
• Liaise with suppliers, account managers, and community organisations.
• Manage marketing invoicing and collection of VPA.
• Organise monthly in-room auction events and ensure they run smoothly.
• Actively look for efficient technology that can help achieve excellent outcomes.
