Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and PM processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and professional approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Current QLD real estate registration or licence.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, tidy and well-maintained residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports.
• Oversee property maintenance and liaise with relevant tradespeople.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and general tenancy matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high portfolio standards.
• Work closely with an experienced and supportive team to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio.
