Aurum Talent in Cairns is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency. This role offers genuine work-life balance with flexible hours: five days during school hours or four full days per week, managing a small, tidy residential portfolio.

You will build strong landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate inspections and maintenance, and handle lease renewals while ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy laws.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver27s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, tidy residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
