Job summary

Private Advertiser in Western Australia is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to join our friendly team. You will manage the day-to-day residential property management processes and run a portfolio end-to-end from our Perth area office.

We offer flexible hours, excellent admin and trust accounting support, and on-site parking. You must have WA Property Manager registration, a valid driver's licence and own vehicle, and be organised with strong people skills.

• Familiar with running a residential portfolio end-to-end.
• Organised and great dealing with people.
• Current West Australian Property Manager registration.
• Drivers licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day residential properties and end-to-end portfolio administration.
• Provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors and management to maintain service levels.

Our boutique agency is currently looking for a Part-Time Property Manager to join our friendly supportive team. Someone who has a strong understanding of the day-to-day residential property management processes and has run a portfolio end-to-end.

We have a small, stable and manageable portfolio with most of our properties located within the local area. The position comes with excellent admin, trust accounting and management support. There are NO PCRs, NO trust accounting, NO BDM and NO EOM.

Our agency is located prominently in the Perth Eastern suburbs with plenty of free on-site parking. We are offering a competitive salary + superannuation with flexible hours.
