Job summary

Gough Recruitment client, a multi-award-winning Real Estate office in Sydney's Hawkesbury region, seeks a Property Manager to join a dedicated team. The role involves managing a substantial portfolio, liaising with tenants and landlords, and conducting inspections to support high service standards.

With a strong emphasis on professionalism, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years in property management, a current certificate of registration, and solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Property Management.
• Current Certificate of Registration and Driver's Licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act 2010.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 220 properties.
• Liaise with tenants and landlords.
• Attend Tribunals.
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance management.
• Control arrears.
• Advise on rental increases and lease renewals.
• Work towards targets and KPIs.
