Job summary

Ray White Taylors Lakes is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic, family-run team in Taylors Lakes, VIC. This is a full-time, task-based role with Monday to Friday hours and no weekends, backed by supportive admin and a modern, cloud-enabled office.

You’ll handle inspections, rent reviews, renewals, repairs, and co-ordinate maintenance with a friendly team. A Valid Agents Representative Certificate and a current driver’s license are required; junior PMs welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Agents Representative Certificate.
• Driver’s Licence and reliable car.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (junior PMs welcome!).

Responsibilities

• Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections.
• Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
• Prepare for and attend VCAT hearings.
• Work closely with a supportive admin team and assistant PM.

About the Role

This is a task-based property management position – no overwhelming portfolio juggling! You’ll be responsible for:
