Job summary

Davidson Property is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a residential portfolio on the Gold Coast. You will deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants while leveraging a dedicated team and industry-leading technology.

You will manage relationships, stay compliant with Queensland tenancy laws, coordinate inspections, renewals and rent reviews, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture with a WFH day option.

Qualifications

• Has proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within a senior capacity.
• Has strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Has outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is solutions-focused.

Job description

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a dedicated team and industry-leading technology, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving great results.

Key responsibilities

Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Working alongside a dedicated Routine Inspection Manager who manages all routine inspections

Working alongside a full-time Leasing Consultant who manages all leasing and application processing

Preparing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews

Providing exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management

About you

Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional service

Current driver's licence and valid Queensland real estate registration certificate required

Experience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express would be highly regarded, but we can offer training for these systems if needed.

Must have a Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration/Certificate
