Job summary

Elders Limited is seeking a Property Manager in Bathurst to manage a portfolio of properties and drive growth through strong client relationships. Your knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local market experience will support landlords and tenants while you expand opportunities with existing and new clients.

You will operate within Elders' network, receiving backing to learn and grow, with emphasis on inspections, debtor management, and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
