Job summary

Createvic Real Estate in Sunshine is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a 160–180 property portfolio. You will work from the Sunshine office with a dedicated VA and strong back-end support to focus on landlords and tenants.

You'll manage inspections, DCAT assessments, and VCAT matters when needed, while collaborating with a leasing manager and accounts team to keep admin from eating your day. A path for career growth is highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven residential property management experience.
• Confidence with VCAT and routine property inspections.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, team-oriented approach with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end property management with support from leasing and accounts teams.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants across your portfolio.
• Conduct property inspections and DCAT assessments with confidence; represent matters at VCAT when required.
• Manage portfolio end-to-end with a dedicated, experienced VAC; collaborate with leasing and accounts teams to stay client- and property-focused.
