Job summary

Real Recruiters is partnering with an established real estate group in NSW to recruit a Property Manager who will own a residential portfolio, maintain landlord and tenant relationships, and drive end-to-end leasing with autonomy and professional support.

You will work within a close-knit local team, benefit from a dedicated PM relief specialist, and operate in a structured environment designed to optimise workload and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' residential Property Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end PM lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Current NSW Driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential portfolio from start to finish.
• Maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Conduct open homes, inspections, and tenancy applications.
• Handle lease renewals and arrears compliantly.
• Ensure compliance with NSW legislation.
• Collaborate with the wider PM team.
