Role Description

The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toowoomba, QLD. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, including coordinating inspections, handling tenant inquiries, and overseeing lease agreements. Day-to-day tasks include organizing maintenance and repairs, managing rent collection and arrears, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. The Property Manager will also prepare property condition reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with property owners to provide updates and recommendations. Collaboration with sales and administration teams to support overall business goals is also an important part of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or real estate, including managing rental portfolios and working directly with tenants and property owners.
