TSHR is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to take ownership of property operations and site relationships across a national retail portfolio. You will manage landlord and stakeholder relationships, coordinate property administration activities, and support site performance initiatives to grow the portfolio.

• Strong internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills.

An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and commercially minded Property Manager to join a growing multi-site business.

This role is hands on and responsible for managing landlord and stakeholder relationships, coordinating property administration activities, supporting site performance initiatives, and assisting with the ongoing growth of the portfolio.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will have end to end responsibility for Property, play a key role in ensuring sites operate efficiently, landlord requirements are met, and opportunities for improvement and expansion are identified and actioned.
