Job summary

Ray White Alliance Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee an end-to-end residential portfolio across Logan, Ipswich and Southern Brisbane.

You will build strong landlord and tenant relationships, manage maintenance and tenancy matters, and ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation. The role offers semi remote work flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' end-to-end residential portfolio management experience.
• Strong understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organisation and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a supportive, high-performing team?

Ray White Alliance Property Management is looking for an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years' end-to-end portfolio management experience to manage a quality portfolio throughout Logan, Ipswich and Southern Brisbane.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio, managing all aspects of Property Management from end to end while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
