Ray White Alliance Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Logan, Ipswich and Southern Brisbane portfolio with semi remote flexibility. You will own an end-to-end residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years' portfolio management experience, strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation, and a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio.
• Build and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy matters.
• Review routine inspections and follow up as required.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.
• Liaise with trades and contractors for timely maintenance.
• Provide proactive communication and professional advice.
• Manage portfolio autonomously while meeting deadlines.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio, managing all aspects of Property Management from end to end while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
• Reviewing routine inspections and coordinating any required follow-up.
• Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.

• Managing your portfolio efficiently while working autonomously.
