Job summary

Ray White Semaphore is seeking a Property Manager with 1–2 years’ experience to join our growing Semaphore team. This role offers mentoring, cloud-based systems, and clear career progression within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Based in Adelaide’s western suburbs, you’ll enjoy proximity to the office, collaborative portfolio management, and dedicated administration support. A strong commitment to landlords and tenants, plus excellent time management, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
• Current South Australian Property Management Licence
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Experience with property management software (we use Our Property)
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented environment

An exciting opportunity exists for a Property Manager with 1–2 years’ experience to join our growing team in Semaphore.

We operate with a collaborative team approach to portfolio management, supported by dedicated administration assistance. The majority of our properties are located in Adelaide’s western suburbs, just 5–20 minutes from the office — meaning less travel and greater efficiency in your day.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management

Current South Australian Property Management Licence

Current Driver’s Licence

Experience with property management software (we use Our Property)

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented environment

Your Responsibilities
