A base salary is negotiated with built‑in bonus incentives based on portfolio growth. Ideal candidates have prior property management experience, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license with their own car to service properties across Melbourne.

Our state-of-the-art property management software automates the majority of administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on handling your portfolio.

As a Property Manager, you will be overseeing the management of a well looked after portfolio of approximately 180 properties. To be successful in this role, you will need:

previous experience in property management

excellent written and verbal communication skills

good time-management and computer skills

a focus on customer service

a current driver's license and own car

A base salary will be negotiated based on experience, with built-in bonus incentives for growing the portfolio.
