Job summary

Septennial-Group is seeking a Property Management Assistant for a part-time, permanent role based in our Perth office. You will support the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio, gaining hands-on guidance and mentoring while developing your property management skills.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months experience, a WA Certificate of Registration, a WA driver’s licence, and comfort with property management software (Reapit is a bonus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role.
• Current WA Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• A valid WA driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio.
• Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with leasing activities and inspections.
• Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords.
• Helping to prepare for SAT (if required).
• General administration and property related tasks.
