Job summary

Jackson Rowe Real Estate in NSW is seeking an eager, people‑oriented individual to start in reception and support our property management team. You will receive full training and mentoring to set you up for a successful start in real estate.

You’ll progress into property management with no weekend work once you’ve stepped up, under the guidance of experienced managers, in a firm known for its culture, low staff turnover and strong industry reputation.

Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; candidates from hospitality, retail or customer service welcome.
• Must be organized, proactive and comfortable working in a busy office.
• Willingness to learn and grow a long-term career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist reception with admin tasks and inspections.
• Support the property management team in day-to-day activities.
• Learn the ropes and progress into property management with mentoring.
• Be guided by experienced property managers to develop skills.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not after years of real estate experience. We’re looking for the right person with the right drive. If you come from hospitality, retail, or customer service, you already have the skills we value most: communication, resilience, and a genuine people-first attitude.

To be successful, you’ll also need:

A current driver’s licence and reliable car

To be organised, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge

A hunger to build a long-term career in real estate

You may already hold a Certificate of Registration (or be in the process of getting one), but if not we’ll guide you through the process.
