Qualifications

Grolife Property Services is looking for a skilledProperty Maintenance Technician. This is a hands-on, varied role across commercial, industrial, and high-density residential environments requiring quality workmanship, problem-solving ability, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Property repairs, maintenance, renovations and construction
• General maintenance works across a range of trade tasks
• Site problem-solving and job completion to a high standard
• Professional communication with tenants/clients and internal team

• Strong trade background with pride in finish and doing the job properly
• Carpenters, handymen, painters, plasterers, tilers, and other well-rounded maintenance trades are encouraged to apply
• Multi-trade skills (or willingness to learn) and a practical, solutions-first mindset
• Strong communication and professional presentation
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver consistent quality

Requirements

• Ability to pass a police check
• Willingness to complete required tickets (role-dependent)
• You will need to be:
• An experienced tradesman in building and construction sector with at least 2 years of work experience.
• A committed team player with a strong focus on promoting a safe work culture.
• Currently living in Australia.
• Location - Able to work in south east Queensland
