Job summary

Diverse Worx is seeking a multi-skilled mobile Maintenance Technician for fast-paced commercial, corporate and industrial sites in the Brisbane area. Immediate start.

You will perform a range of maintenance tasks and respond to service requests across our sites, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some after-hours work possible. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Professional conduct and appearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete electronic forms.
• Willingness to attend after hours and weekend overtime.
• Manual driver’s licence.
• Current white/blue card.
• Current police clearance.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance duties including carpentry, patching and painting.
• Ceiling tile replacement and lamp/tube replacement.
• Plumbing blockages, repairs and maintenance.
• Attend service requests in commercial settings across Brisbane area.

We specialise in fast turnaround services andmaintenance to keep our clients’ commercial facilities, corporate buildings and industrial sites fully operational.

We are seeking amulti-skilled mobile Maintenance Technician to carry out service requests inprofessional, commercial settings. Immediate start.

The role

40 hours per week

Monday - Friday (usual hours are 7:30am to 4pm).

Day to day duties include:

A variety of general maintenance duties including, but not limited to:

Minor Carpentry work

Minor patching and painting

Minor paving and concrete repairs

Lamp and tube replacement

Plumbing blockages, repairs and maintenance

Although our service area covers from the Moreton Bay region to the Gold Coast, the majority of sites you will attend will be in and around Brisbane's CBD.

Full admin support

Required Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 1year general maintenance experience preferred

Professional conduct and appearance

Ability to communicate effectively and complete electronic forms

Availability to attend some after hours and weekend work (overtime is paid at applicable rates)

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

A willingness to learn new skills and to take on any task requested

Current white/blue card
