Mirvac is seeking a Product Manager – Property Lifecycle to lead product management across Development, Design, Construction, Operations and Asset Management. You will shape roadmaps for SaaS platforms like RIBcx, Autodesk, ProcurePro and Visibuild, balancing innovation with optimisation to deliver measurable business value.

You will work with business leaders, architects, data/AI teams and vendors to ensure secure, scalable solutions that drive portfolio outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in digital product management or technology portfolio management within complex enterprises.
• Experience shaping and delivering digital product roadmaps across multiple domains in property/Construction.
• Experience using user research, data and analytics to drive strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience with RFIs/RFPs or vendor evaluations for digital/enterprise tech.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritise investments based on value and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive digital product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business priorities across Development, Design, Construction, Operations and Asset Management.
• Own prioritisation and investment recommendations for the Property Lifecycle portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from discovery through to adoption and benefits realisation.
• Develop a community of practice for product management across a distributed organisation.
• Define roadmaps for core SaaS platforms, including upgrades, integrations and simplification opportunities.
• Lead market assessments, RFIs and RFPs for new property technology capabilities with clear business outcomes.
