Job summary

Montgomery Advisory is assisting a premier law firm with an intermediate property lawyer role in Sydney. You will work on large scale acquisitions, disposals and development, including structures and implementation for major transactions.

The role also covers leases, asset management and syndicated structuring, with involvement in complex due diligence and large tenders. Excellent communication is essential, and a solid academic transcript is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ property experience.
• Experience with large scale property development and acquisitions.
• Experience handling due diligence.
