Job summary

An elite Australian commercial law firm in Sydney seeks an Associate Property Lawyer to handle some of the country’s most complex property transactions and development projects.

You’ll work with a national property practice while collaborating directly with a single Partner across the transaction lifecycle, contributing to key commercial decisions and managing matters end-to-end for major clients, developers and funds.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PAE in private practice focused on commercial property.
• Commercially minded and collaborative, able to own and drive matters.
• Experience across acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and financing in property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on capital transactions for developers, investors, funds and financiers involving major assets.
• Contribute to development projects across large-scale mixed-use, build-to-rent, residential and urban renewal sectors.
• Provide leasing and fit-out guidance throughout asset life cycles across Australia.
