Job summary

Montgomery Advisory is seeking a junior to mid-level private M&A lawyer in Sydney to join its highly regarded Corporate practice. You will work on high-profile takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers and other major transactions under leading practitioners.

You should have 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate law from a notable Australian or English-speaking jurisdiction and a sound knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act. A strong team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate law from a notable practice in Australia or another English speaking jurisdiction.
• Sound knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-profile takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers and other major transactions under leading practitioners.
• Report to and be supervised by Australia''s leading corporate practitioners while engaging with the wider group.
• Join a pre-eminent corporate team handling major corporate transactions.
