Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate to join the national Public Law team in Perth. The role involves delivering advice, litigation and dispute resolution for government clients across a broad spectrum of public law matters.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years' PQE in government litigation, strong advocacy and the ability to mentor junior lawyers, with a collaborative approach to client service and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' PQE in a reputable Government litigation practice.
• Experience with public law including administrative decision-making, FOI and privacy.
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and provide guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to government clients.
• Work on public law matters incl. administrative decisions, FOI, privacy, merits review and judicial review.
