Gold Coast Law Firm on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to support a Property Lawyer across residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
If you have at least 12 months’ conveyancing experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent client service, you will thrive in our collaborative team with ongoing training and modern offices.
Qualifications
- Experience as Conveyancing Assistant or Property Legal Assistant.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with figures and commercial conveyancing.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to help.
Responsibilities
- Support a busy legal practice across residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
- Work closely with a Property Lawyer to manage priorities and deadlines.

You'll work alongside an experienced Property lawyer, supporting a busy legal practice across residential and commercial conveyancing matters from A - Z.

- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Property Legal Assistant
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident working with figures and an understanding of commercial conveyancing
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Excellent communication and client service skills
